## What is Fletcher MCP?

Fletcher is a privacy-first location tracker built for the AI era: it records your movement history, keeps it under your control, and lets your AI assistant answer questions about where you've been — with every access logged in plain sight.

TRACK QUIETLY
• Battery-friendly background tracking using significant location changes and visit detection
• A clear Tracking toggle — when it's off, it's off, with an unmistakably grayed-out map
• Live map that follows you, with manual zoom controls

YOUR DATA, UNDER YOUR CONTROL
• History lives on your device and syncs to the Fletcher sync server — or run the open Fletcher server yourself and point the app at it in Settings
• No account, no email, no name: registration is an anonymous device ID
• Retention you choose, from 7 days to forever — enforced locally and on the server
• Delete a single point, or wipe everything locally and remotely, anytime

CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT (MCP)
• Fletcher includes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server — the open standard supported by Claude and other AI assistants
• Generate a connection token in the app, paste it into your assistant, and ask things like "Where was I last Tuesday afternoon?" or "How often did I visit the gym this month?"
• Precision control: share exact, ~100 m, or ~1 km coordinates with assistants
• Revoke a token at any time — revocation takes effect immediately, even mid-session

TRANSPARENCY, BUILT IN
• Every assistant request is logged: what was asked, when, and how many locations were returned
• Review the full request history right in the app
• No analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs
