## What is Flex and Flow?

Simplify booking and managing your sessions as well as making your purchases by downloading this user friendly App.
Flex and Flow is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in Reformer group classes and also offering Stability Chair, Tower, Jump board and Boxing classes. All the classes are taught in English and suitable for all levels.
Consisting of 2 floors with 14 Reformers in total, you get so many different classes all under 1 roof and they are all available for booking through the same class package directly through the App.
