So amazing that the FLEX team has evolved with it's client and offer online classes. Being able to workout during a time lie this is so vital to staying healthy and mentally okay. FLEX is truly ONE OF THE BEST!

I’m addicted to my morning workouts at Flex! The instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and keep you MOVING! The classes are a great price and easy to schedule into your day.
