출근 시간은 관리가 되는데 퇴근 처리가 안 되는 구조라니요?  

무료 앱도 아니고 월 5만 원씩 비용을 받으면서 이런 기본 기능이 안 된다는 게 납득이 안 되고
결제 전에 알았다면 애초에 사용하지 않았을 텐데, 시간만 낭비한 느낌입니다.

유선 상담 연결이 어려운 건 그렇다 쳐도, 1:1 문의 답변이 며칠씩 걸리는 점도 서비스 관리가 제대로 되고 있는지 의문이 드네요..

게다가 주휴수당 설정조차 선택이 불가능한 점도 상당히 불편했습니다.

전반적으로 가격 대비 서비스 완성도가 부족하다고 느껴져 구독 취소합니다.
