Flex studio is the best fitness and pilates studio in Hong Kong by far. The best instructors, best service, best classes. Just outstanding.

Easy to read display of classes at both studio locations.  Simple to make purchases and class bookings with reminders. Can even see all the workshops! Definitely worth getting.
