I don’t have the tab for calls of any others. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2023-07-24, version 1.11.1* A friend of mine has an android while I have an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. I noticed my friends Flex Touch would audibly notify him when he was attached to a call but the iPhone audible notification does not work, not even the visual notification. I have checked my settings and the notification settings for Flex Touch are turned on but still no luck. This needs to be fixed for Apple products. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement to user interface *2022-12-21, version 1.9.0* The iOS app for the iPads needs improvement. The app needs to be formatted to allow the user to see directions to the call, CAD notes and the status buttons all viewable from a single screen as it is in the windows mobile version. ### 3/5 — Auto refresh *2022-06-01, version 1.6.0* It’s really important that this app auto refreshes keeping it active. We use it in our fire apparatus and after a short time it disconnects and we’re required to login again. The fact that I can’t makes no sense. ### 3/5 — Can’t view initial incident narratives, only supplements. *2021-09-08, version 1.5.0* I actually really like this app. It is very useful for quick access to information from iPad or iPhone. There is one major flaw. When you search out an incident you can view supplement reports but you can not view the initial report narrative. You can even view all attached documents including photos, etc. I can even see CAD notes but I can’t see the initial narrative from the responding officer. This necessitates the use of this app. In general, the app seems OK. However, if there is an address advisory on the scene to which you are responding, you can see that there is an advisory, but you cannot view the advisory.if there is a way to do so, it is not intuitive, and we haven’t found it. There is scrolling issues which lag or log you out of the application. Also being able to see the CAD screen while out for lunch or busy and away from a computer. Is there an update in the works for being able to upload photos taken from your phone to FLEX/Spillman? That would so much easier than emailing photos to yourself and then uploading them on the MDT/laptop. ### 5/5 — Not working since latest update *2021-03-05, version 1.3.0* Since most recent update, ipad version will not work past log in screen ### 5/5 — Great app *2017-07-19, version 1.1.4* We have been Spillman customer since 1989. Wanted an app for smart phones for a long time. Spillman Touch has been great for allowing our officers and staff to be able to access our system from many places such as community events, parks fairs, etc. Has helped to make work simpler and more productive. ### 4/5 — Great App! Minor problems after latest update. *2023-10-19, version 1.14.0* I use this app every day for work and love it and the convenience and functionality. However, with the last update, if I look up an old call, the comments are all ran together like in a paragraph instead of each comment being on a new line. It makes it hard to disseminate the information in that format. Also the option to make the call note font bigger or atleast be able to pinch in and out to read it. You can access almost everything through the app. Need to add call id numbers somewhere on the screen. Also add the ability to search call sheets not just incidents. Some agencies dont assign incident numbers to every call sheet. ### 3/5 — Good App but… *2023-10-13, version 1.13.1* I guess with the latest update, the text for the call history when using the night theme has turned black. Previously text was a different color that was much easier to distinguish between the words and the background. For night shift it is better to use the night theme but the app is not as helpful if you can’t see what the call comments were.
