This app feels like it has everything I need to stay motivated as well as aware of my heath choices. There’s a lot of ways to personalize the workouts while staying guided. Easy to follow with lots of instructional videos if you need them. I feel like I have a routine now rather than just trying to be healthy.

This app does it all! Everything I have ever wanted or needed is at my fingertips. In addition the feedback from Josh, the owner, is quick, direct, relatable and caring. Truly makes me feel like a a person and not a statistic.

I have used my fair share of fitness and self development apps in my time. This is by far the best one stop shop. Owner and creator, Josh, is quick to respond, friendly, professional, family man and the list goes on.
