Not only does it take forever to receive your credentials but once you are able to work the systems run into so many errors and problems. When reaching out to the Flex Perts or the contact email address you either get no response or it takes forever to speak with a live agent through flex pert. On top of that they do not pay you out on time. There are multiple people who have multiple payments for days that they worked and have not been paid in weeks and when you reach out to someone in regards to this matter, you don’t get a response. It’s very unfortunate because there are people who rely on this job and the communication and managemenr is terrible. If you are thinking about working for this company, spare yourself because you too will be in this position. ### 1/5 — Was great when they were paying *2024-09-24* Was a great gig when they were paying, but then they stopped issuing invoices and paying They supposedly are all caught up on pay, but a ton of people are still missing payments and invoices plus there is no way to get a hold of anyone to support you which is crazy!! ### 1/5 — Meh *2024-08-30* I've tried for the last 6 hrs and I still have yet to get through a verification. I keep clicking on resend and I get nothing at all ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-06-23* Whomever left the comment that the app is inoperable may very well be correct. I’ve completed and REcompleted their EXTENSIVE training course and I’m still unable to move forward with working. Anytime I reach out I get a bot telling me to “complete all my courses and modules” and they’re all sitting at 100% completion.
