## What is FlexCue?

Most fitness apps make you choose between watching a screen and paying attention to your body. FlexCue doesn't ask you to choose.
Prop your iPhone on a mat or shelf, put in your AirPods or strap on your Apple Watch, and FlexCue tracks your form in real time, then tells you what's off through haptic feedback alone. No glancing at a screen mid-pose. No guessing whether your alignment is right.

HOW IT WORKS

FlexCue fuses two ways of sensing your body: your iPhone's camera (with LiDAR body tracking on supported devices) for spatially accurate joint positions, and motion data from your Apple Watch and AirPods for fast, always-on orientation, even when you step out of frame. When one source loses confidence, FlexCue leans on the other, so the coaching never cuts out.
Every cue is a custom haptic pattern, not a generic buzz. How far you're off maps to how firm and frequent the vibration feels, and it fades to silence once you're back in alignment. A soft, rare pulse confirms when you've nailed it. No constant buzzing, no notification spam.

WHAT YOU CAN TRAIN

Yoga poses, held and checked against target alignment: Warrior II, Tree Pose, Downward Dog, Triangle Pose, and more.
Bodyweight PT-style movements, tracked through each phase of the rep: squats (knee and lean drift), bird-dog (trunk rotation and hip drop), plank (hip sag and pike), and more.
Session history is saved right on your device. No account required, nothing sent anywhere you didn't ask it to go.

FlexCue is a wellness and coaching tool, not a substitute for medical or physical therapy advice. If you're working with a healthcare provider, use FlexCue alongside their guidance, not in place of it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-08

Added five new PT exercises: Wall Slide, Standing Hip Hinge, Clamshell, Side Plank, and Step-Up, joining Squat, Glute Bridge, Calf Raise, Wall Sit, Bird-Dog, and Plank.

Haptic cues can now route to your Apple Watch for shoulder and arm corrections, not just your phone.

Tuned the haptic intensity curve so corrections are easier to feel at the default setting.
