Flexen has been a great instructor. The workouts are easy to follow while still being challenging enough to get a great sweat in by the end. I really like the format, with classes lasting only 30 to 45 minutes max, plus the wide variety of strength, cardio, Pilates, and more. I initially signed up for just a month, but after trying it, I switched to the ongoing subscription. Highly recommend!

When Justin Flexen launched his platform in April of 2025, I knew it would be great — but it’s been so much more than I ever expected.

Justin is hands down the most positive, relatable trainer I’ve ever worked out with. He has a natural gift for coaching and somehow manages to make every workout fun, motivating, and something I actually look forward to. His energy is contagious, and you never feel talked at — you feel supported.

Beyond the workouts, the Facebook community is truly something special. It’s not just a group, it’s a family. We share wins, track workouts, lift each other up, and cheer one another on every step of the way.

I’m so grateful Justin took the leap of faith to create this platform. Every workout is packed with energy, sweat, laughter, and encouragement — and I always leave in a better mood than when I started.

If you’re on the fence, trust me… you won’t regret joining.

Justin was one of my favorite trainers on Bodi. When I found out that he developed his own program, I joined immediately! You get a great workout in a short time with a trainer who feels like a friend.

I’ve been working out virtually with Justin for 5 years and I couldn’t  be more excited that he now has his own platform and app! Justin is genuine, funny and very knowledgeable and his workouts are fun, motivating and keep you coming back for more! I can’t recommend this app enough!!
