## What is FlexFuel?

Your training. Your nutrition. One plan that fits your life.

FlexFuel brings personalized workouts, weekly meal plans, macro tracking, and daily habits together—so you can spend less time planning and more time making progress.

• Workouts built for you: Create AI-generated workouts based on your goals, experience, location, and available equipment. Follow your sessions, track completed workouts, and revisit your training history.

• A week of meals, pre-planned: Build personalized weekly meal plans around your nutrition targets and food preferences. View your calories, protein, carbs, and fat throughout the day.

• Food logging that fits your routine: Scan a meal photo for an AI nutrition estimate, describe what you ate, scan a packaged food’s barcode, or log manually. Keep foods organized by meal, customize meal names, and copy individual foods or entire meals to another day.

• Progress you can see: Review your nutrition and workout history beyond the past week. Track your weight, build habits, and follow your consistency over time.

• Reminders on your schedule: Choose your own times for workout, meal, habits, and weigh-in reminders. Optionally connect Apple Health to view supported activity information alongside your FlexFuel routine.

• Your choices, your control: Use manual tracking without an account. Sign in with Apple or Google for AI access, and separately choose whether to enable cloud backup. AI sharing is optional and requires your permission before information is sent to OpenAI. Manage your choices in Settings and delete your account in the app.

Start with free tracking features and a limited number of included AI uses. Optional monthly or annual FlexFuel Pro subscriptions unlock additional AI tools and unlimited access to supported planning features.

Available subscription plans and prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

FlexFuel is intended for healthy adults 18 and older. Fitness guidance and AI nutrition estimates are for general wellness, may be inaccurate, and are not medical advice.
