## What is Flexi Calendar?

Plan rotating shifts and group events in one calendar built for schedules that don't fit a standard seven-day week. Create repeating work patterns, compare availability with people you know, and keep selected calendars in sync with Apple Calendar.

Messages make planning together easy. Start direct chats or named groups, appoint moderators, give members group-specific nicknames, share availability, and create group events with dates, locations, notes, RSVP deadlines, and Going, Maybe, or Can't Go responses. The next group event stays visible at the top of the conversation without crowding the chat.

New messages and event details use end-to-end encryption on supported Flexi versions. Group controls include member permissions, blocking, reporting, targeted content filtering, member removal, and the ability to leave a group. Account deletion is available in Settings.

Flexi can send notification reminders and add events you choose to Apple Calendar. Contacts and calendar access are optional and requested only when you use those features.
