The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts. The mobile app apparently uses totally different set of credentials not integrated with the web site identity and authentication platform Great work there - it’s 2020 and SSO isn’t a thing of the future. When attempting to login, it says “failed attempt”, and when you click “forgot password”, is says “unable to preform function”. When I click on “app support under the app info in App Store, it says “unable to locate account” when username is entered.
