FLEXIBUS: our solution for your public transportation needs FLEXIBUS is a demand-responsive mobility offer that provides transit options in times where public transportation schedules are less frequent. Use our app to travel within any of our FLEXIBUS service zones or plan your public transport trip in the region. Book your trip up to two weeks in advance or for now. Our principle is “first come - first serve”, so make sure to book your trip in time. If you need to cancel your trip you can do this easily within the app. Through our intelligent algorithm we might match you with other riders heading in a similar direction. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist funktional völlig unbrauchbar. ### 2/5 — Bisschen zu ungenau *2025-04-01* Man kann die Fahrten meistens buchen die man braucht, doch ab und zu kommen die Fahrer früher wollen dann früher fahren in als er App angegeben. Dann stimmen hin und wieder die Fahrzeiten nicht, aus einer Fahrt die 5min dauert wird plötzlich fast 25-30min. Immer wieder legt die App als Startpunkt selbst fest wo man sich gerade aufhält, eine Fahrt planen ist ein schwieriges Unterfangen Sitzen 6 würde ich sagen ### 1/5 — App okay - Flexibus ein Totalausfall *2024-08-29* Die App ist okay aber der Service dahinter ist eine Vollkatasrophe! Verlasst euch bloß nicht darauf, dass der Bus kommt! 55 Minuten gewartet, 5 mal angerufen, zuerst hieß es er kommt, dann technischer Fehler, jetzt kommt er wirklich, dann „der Fahrer hat Sie nicht gefunden!“ Ernsthaft? Nicht ortskundig oder blind - beides irgendwie doof… ### 1/5 — App hängt sich durchgehend auf *2024-01-21* FlexiBus ist ein super Konzept, nur hängt sich die App direkt nach dem Öffnen auf. Ich muss sie 4 mal schließen und wieder öffnen, bis ich so weit komme, dass sich eine Route wählen lässt. Wenn sie nicht durchgehend abstürzen würde - eine verständliche, gut designte und funktionale App. ### 2/5 — Wenig Nutzerfreundlich in der Anwendung *2024-01-19* Die App hängt ständig. Jede Eingabe dauert ewig, bis es mit Verzögerung angenommen wird. Auch finde ich manche Einstellungen wie Abholzeit völlig fehlprogrammiert. Da hätte es ein Eingabefeld wie bei DB auch getan.
