The clerk threw up her hands and gave and gave up good old fashioned room keys. They seriously need to figure out their process before unleashing this system in the wild or they need better training and UI on the hotel end so the clerks can figure out how to give out more than one room key code. It should be unbelievably simple, they check in 3 separate phone numbers, 3 texts go out to 3 phones with codes and voila they all work. What used to take 2 mins now takes 10 mins and they had to give me a key at the end.
