There is an auto-populated field which shows the GST amount. This field doesn’t give the option to simply adjust the amount which need to happen every time I purchase fruit and veg (non GST items). It’s a simple fix to an on going issue. I will change my review to 5 stars once this glitch is fixed. ### 2/5 — Frustrating password process *2024-12-08, version 243.0* I had set up to allow Face ID but this keeps dropping off and inevitably I need to reset my password, which is a nightmare through the app. Constantly get notifications saying “can’t be change right now”. Several times this has happened. Otherwise, the app works well when you can actually get into it. Bit slow with uploading receipts, and the comments can drop off sometimes. ### 1/5 — Possibly the most painful app and platform I have used *2024-11-12* This application is bad enough to make me consider changing all our corporate banking to another supplier. The app is difficult to use. The ability for it to link receipts to charges rarely works. When you try to mainly attach an image, you can’t actually see the image so you are taking a stab in the dark. Would strongly recommend that if they are telling you this will make corporate travel easy then run! ### 2/5 — Unlink Button *2024-10-12, version 243.0* 2nd time I’m asking for this!!!! Super frustrating!!! The unlink button is missing (might be a bug/virus) and I can’t unlink an incorrect receipt attachment. Please rectify this issue, ty! ### 1/5 — It was good *2024-10-04* The last update has taken away the ability to change users and now I’m locked out of accounts and locked into one account. I can’t access any others. Frustrating user experience ### 2/5 — OCR receipts cannot be unlinked *2024-08-29* Hi FlexiPurchase - a persistent issue occurs when your software auto-attaches images from the receipt gallery after OCR and matching it to purchase data. Once linked automatically by software and attached to a purchase acquittal, it cannot be unlinked in the app, nor does it allow for further receipts to be added, requires log into web app to resolve. Please remediate. ### 1/5 — Possibly one of the most painful apps I have used *2024-05-09* App is unstable, often takes multiple attempts to get receipts to load. Does not auto link receipts to transactions. After using it for six months, I would almost suggest our old way of excel spreadsheet to do acquittal would be easier. But app is subject to frequent crashes, often fails to upload receipts despite giving the “upload success” message. It’s easier to just use the website. The app would be great if it was reliable. ### 2/5 — Forced updates are not on *2023-09-17* This app is general ok, poor user interface but it’s basic in what it does. I do hate the forced updates, just when I need to quickly snap a receipt I can’t, gotta update. Always happens at the worst time. This is the worse thing you can do to a user. Nothing tops the incompetence of FlexiPurchase. I couldn’t think of a more perfect representation of corporate group think into inoperability. The process of over engineering whilst under delivering features should be studied as part of any business degree. The skills to create such a low functioning product whilst still having businesses force their employees to use it surely must be part of every MBA. ### 1/5 — Reliability *2025-11-05, version 253.0* App constantly crashes including freezing when adding expense receipts or randomly closing during use , has been ongoing issue for a long time and the recent facelift to the app does not appear to have resolved the core issues just made it prettier ### 1/5 — Latest update has ruined it *2025-10-28, version 253.0* The functionality for photographing receipts has been ruined with the latest update. Please revert it to the old version that worked. ### 1/5 — Temporary locked account *2025-10-04, version 253.0* Whenever I log in and move between pc and mobile I get the temporary locked error. Junk app. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2025-08-06* Not a good app. Locks out frequently. MFA is a mess. Notifications don’t work. The app will say locked out contact the admin but the you can happily log in via a browser. To boot Visa’s help desk doesn’t understand the technologies they ham fisted bolted together. Visa more or less hand all cases back to our IT support, as they cannot work out what has gone wrong. Half the time locks for no reason and no explanation. Clunky. Since last update. It has become clunky and harder to use. It automatically sends receipts to “pending approval” folder before I have finished adding descriptions which means you have to switch between To Do and Pending Approval which is time consuming! ### 4/5 — Easy to use, however really slow at times. *2019-10-08* Works well. No crashes. The app does take a bit to load when switching in between screens or when adding a picture. ### 4/5 — Great app for attaching receipts *2017-07-24* I give this app a 4 star just for the fact it saves me time from scanning, emailing, saving then uploading receipts on the desktop. 1 click and the receipt is attached. I can add the description too. Cost coding does need to be done on the desktop. But who cares! I've already saved an hour.
