You’d think for suburbs with no PTV they’d compensate with something functional. Bus’s are almost always delayed and my bus has just gone completely off the agreed meeting point and ditched me. The system has been down for two days, and when I called customer service, they suggested I delete the app—big mistake. Now, I can’t log back in, and the issue still isn’t resolved. Customer service hasn’t been helpful and even comes across as passive-aggressive. The drivers are also often late, sometimes by hours, and some have been quite rude to customers. For any new customer just don’t get the app you’ll be disappointed (especially if you work and the bus was your efficient way of commuting) ### 1/5 — No use *2024-05-30, version 11.2.0* I have been trying for a long time to get my booking done. Can't even make bookings anymore because they are "transporting other passengers", what happened to being 'flexible'. Also there is this terrible driver called Bin (Jason) and he doesn’t even know when a rider is at the door waiting for the bus door to open.
