Скажу как фрилансер: мне гораздо спокойнее так работать, не переживаешь , что тебя кинут. Не переживаешь, что заказчик свалил в отпуск и не заплатил, даже если он сразу работу не принял, она через 15 дней примется автоматом. Все сделано для людей.

Ни по суммам получения, ни по выводу, ни по сроку, обычно сразу сдаешь задачу, клиент ее принимает и мне начисляется  денежка - и я сразу могу ее вывести на карту

Сделала- и избавилась от этих договоров, перезаключений, курьеров и пр. и причем все равно где находится фрилансер, из любой точки может работать и снимать в любой валюте

Единственный момент что меня смутил , что придется свои данные светить на какой-то площадке. Меня в поддержке спросили, а как вы сейчас оформляетесь? И тут я понял, что просто пересылаю скрин паспорта почтой) Ну да, теперь видит мой паспорт эта площадка вместо 10-15 заказчиков, которых я в глаза не видел. Возможно так реально безопаснее.Ну и бонусом подключается третья сторона к решению денежного вопроса, если что-то с заказчиком пойдет не так, ты под защитой

Площадка им гарантирует выплаты, и все обязательно через договор идет. Задачи ставить и принимать очень удобно, по опыту, тут исполнители быстрее реагируют, чем если им в личку писать

Круто, что можно в текущей ситуации не разрывать договора с клиентами из РФ, и самое лучшее, что мог сделать Солар, это не брать комиссий за выводы, переводы... Ни за что в общем )

С solarstaff нагрузка снизилась, не нужно в ручную создавать договора и актуализировать данные, вся верификация проводится площадкой, я только ссылку исполнителям кидаю на регистрацию
