Lately the problems have reduced so I’m happy with that. I feel it’s too much to charge a fee for both lunch orders and recess. If you place a recess and lunch order on the same day, at the same time, then only one fee should be charged, as it all adds up, especially when you order most days of the week. On top of the order fees, there’s also fees for using credit cards etc. it just makes it costly. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that you’ve noticed improvements in reliability. We understand your concern about fees adding up, particularly for families placing orders regularly. Recess service and lunch service orders are treated as separate orders, so an Order Fee applies to each service, even when they’re placed at the same time. We know no one likes having to pay fees. The fees we charge help cover the cost of providing and maintaining the service, including investing in its reliability and security, and providing customer service and support when you need it. I continually get charged the fee and it is disappointing.
