## What is FlexMax?

Most planners work until the first bad day. FlexMax is built for what happens next.

Build a realistic day from flexible and fixed time blocks. When plans change, recover by moving, shrinking, or trading blocks while FlexMax shows what each choice costs.

Check in with what actually happened—Excellent, Partly, or Rough—and add a short reflection when something was missed. Over time, FlexMax uses your schedule history to find evidence-supported patterns and explain them in Theory of You.

FlexMax includes:

• Flexible and fixed time blocks
• Recurring schedules and one-off tasks
• Fast check-ins and honest streaks
• Recovery options when a block is missed
• Time-aware reminders
• Evidence-supported personal insights
• A read-only example profile you can explore before starting a trial

Try FlexMax free for 14 days. Then continue for $14.99 per month or $119 per year. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or billing period.
