The way pictures are laid out is meh, the map function is pretty horrible and randomly takes you to Canada constantly, you cannot filter your feed or anything by contingent, pending, etc… everything is just Active, so you have to click into every house to see where it’s at. Have had it for over a month. No way to narrow your search criteria on app ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-06-16* A few months ago the app stoped letting me change the status search option. I only have “active” available and can’t change to sold or pending. No one can seem to figure why I can’t change the status. I’m a real estate investor and I did use this app daily and now it’s useless. I’ve updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, added search fields, reset, asked my agent for help, she can’t figure it out either. The desktop version is equally as terrible with different problems. I also can’t search by address or mls number, it never finds the results. It’s just terrible! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. They will just randomly reappear after closing and going back into the app for the umpteenth time. There will also be homes that I click on and the whole app will just send me back to my phones Home Screen. It closes every time I open it. When I finally can open the app, I have to reset my ‘saved’ preferences (which are not my actual preferences). It also will not allow me to hide sold homes in my area. Zillow is so much easier to use - I just find homes there and email my agent about them. I’ve updated this app, deleted and redownloaded - no improvement. Such a shame, it’s a great concept. ### 1/5 — Super hard to use. *2024-07-19, version 3.0.5* Enter in username tells you wrong password. So you enter password says wrong username. Doesn’t show list of homes in app. Terrible app. ### 1/5 — Filters don’t work. *2024-07-04* As everyone else said the filters are broken. Sort of defeats the purpose. This is why monopolies don’t work. No competition, no reason for MLS to fix it in their eyes. Honestly I am going to back to Zillow because their filters actually work. I’m seriously considering telling my realtor not to list on MLS and just list on Zillow because this app is awful. I don’t think anyone is going to see my house because this app is garbage. Why have an app that doesn’t work? It’s so frustrating. This could be such an useful app, it’s just not there. Please fix and update! ### 2/5 — Expired houses always show *2024-03-29* The app was initially helpful, but in the past few months I’ve experienced numerous glitches. For example, every time I search, the map is filled with grey circles (expired properties). I’ve tried resetting search, logging out, deleting the app… nothing has worked. It makes it very confusing to search. Additionally, if I change from searching for ‘homes’ to ‘land’, homes still show up, even when I reset the search. These issues make the app frustrating to use. Now they just need some improvements to provide more info. I hate that I can go to Trulia or Zillow to see things like past sale history. ### 4/5 — Improvement Suggestions *2021-04-25* The app works pretty well; we have been able to view properties that match our needs and even rate them for ourselves using a 3-star system. There is one feature we think would improve the app tremendously: a notes section for saved properties. We would love the ability to not only save and rate the properties, but also make a few quick notes about our favorite features all right there in the app. A street view where you could explore the area would also be a nice touch. ### 4/5 — Basics work really well! *2021-01-06, version 1.5.1* Basic user interface is very acclimate friendly. Reading ratings by more sophisticated users which jury is still out on. It keeps an updated list of all the available properties that come up with all of the requirements we discussed with our realtor.
