Please resolve the issue where every time you open the app, you are redirected to web browser to log back in. Why does it log me out every time? The login feature needs to be built into the app natively. There is a login issue that arises after not using the app for a period of time. It takes you to the mobile browser to login instead of doing it within the app. It’s infuriating. I know it sounds petty, but there are so many times that you need to access info quickly, only to be told your session has timed out and you have to sign back in through the web browser. There must be a solution for this. NAR has continuously sold us out… now with the tighter deadlines of changing status they make it even harder by taking away the ability to do it on the go. I have to log in every time I use it and that’s many times a day. It freezes often and claims to always “update” when I open it. Nearly every public home app operates smoother and better than this. Please go back to the previous versions you all had when it was simple. Using the app out in the field and not at the office is just not working, fix it. ### 2/5 — Needs so much improvement *2025-09-04* There’s so many features that you can’t access from the app. It doesn’t make sense why there’s no function to add/edit a listing, run reverse prospecting, or manage subscriptions. App needs a lot of functionality improvements. Most of the time when I copy a link from “share” and paste it into a text it comes up as an empty page with no listing in it. When I login with my credentials, it takes me to the MLS website through my Safari browser. It absolutely creates a liability on my professionalism when I’m working with a client and I go to pool data report or information or even just setting a showing appointment and you can’t because none of the links work everything is broken you contact customer service and now you’re getting a dance between flex MLS and then your Realtors Association Of The Palm Beaches absolutely and I’m about to cancel my membership with the board. Terrible, simply terrible. And this isn’t just one incident incident. This has been going on for years of decline in the product use the tax link and it doesn’t even show you a fraction of the information that it used to try to use any of the other length most of them don’t work whether it’s RPR Showtime rate plug. What do you have all these on there if they don’t work but the best part is the constant issues of trying to login. This app is a Realtor’s dream come true. Honestly I can’t believe why this is not getting 6 stars. It gives me every single thing I need to find homes faster and delight my clients. The photos are amazing and while the other apps lagggggg behind due to cumbersome coding. Flex Pro is whipping through searches faster than I can type. Awesome job developers. Bravo. I’m very pleased with respond and fixing it in short period of time. My favorite app is back in full power. If, you don’t discover the app, you will think it is limited in applications but after using it constantly I have found all the information I need such as tax & HOA information. There is no difference in the use of the desk top vs. the app other than how you view and find information. The app improvements over the years have been timely and helpful, for which I am grateful.
