Last 2 months not able to Use it despite multiple attempts to reach out to team no response ### 2/5 — Locked out of the app. Disappointed. *2025-01-03* I have been using the Flexnest app as a paid user for last one year. I have realised that I have been locked out of the app from last 20 days with a message saying please authenticate. Reached out to Support on WhatsApp, but no reply. If this does not get solved I will have to cancel my subscription and probably the devices will go to a waste. We will guide you immediately on how to fix the issue. ### 1/5 — Constantly begs for location permission *2023-04-01* Even though I’m only using the scale the app just constantly begs for location permission. Any time you open the app or navigate to any screen at all it asks for location permission. This is a terrible user experience. ### 1/5 — Changing from 4 star to 1 star *2023-01-23* What this company has done is just scammy. They have changed their app so that virtually everything is hidden behind a subscription. I understand premium features like exercise classes, virtual rides etc being premium features. I have no use for them and only use quick ride to log a ride. However, what they have done is that once the ride is finished, you cannot access any of the details of the ride unless you get a subscription. This is just ridiculous. You cannot stop me from accessing my own data and I bet it is against Apple’s policies as well. I highly recommend people don’t buy this, as the costly equipment is likely to be scrap without you continuously giving them money! What to do? ### 2/5 — Nice concept but too buggy *2023-01-22* The concept of getting your instrument stats on the phone or tablet is nice but the app has just too many bugs and most of the features are only available for subscribers. Until the last update the workout history was available for nonsubscribers but now we need a subscription to see our past workouts. I had recommended this product to my friends in the past, however not anymore. The product might be good but the app is third class. Haven't been able to use this product properly since 1-2 years now as the app won't work. Fix it. Else, people will move on.
