## What is FlexPace?

Most habit apps assume you show up every day. FlexPace doesn’t.

FlexPace is for schedules that match real life: 3× a week, weekdays only, specific days, monthly targets, or a rolling 7-day window. Your streak counts consecutive periods you meet — not unbroken calendar days.

They flex how much you do each day. FlexPace flexes how often you need to show up.
