Even after they say you are approved of loan, they keep asking to upload document one after another and you will have to wait one or two days for verification and finally they will ask to upload another document again. I dont know why they keep on doing like this. If they have concern about the credit profile of the applicant, why not reject their application straight away instead of wasting their time and giving false hope. This has been going on for months now and they neither reject nor approve my application. Vivifi Finance provides pathetic service—it’s just for app downloads, not real help when needed. Unprofessional staff call for ‘loan recovery’ before the due date. I was informed by a rep from flexpay that my limit has been increased you can make a payment and get that amount. They have no where promised me that it will get reviewed internally, bureau reports and everything. They provided me with the false information. After that no further services they gave. Said basis on payment history the limit has been enhanced. False information give. At the time of payment they call you like anything till due date . But if we need any support they just vanish.
