Thank you. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2022-12-17* Resolve the error .. post login the credit limit showing zero and app gets auto close no response from concern team as well. Worst app.. pathetic u guys even after raising a complaint and sending N number of emails u guys are not even bothered to resolve customer concern .. worst app guys never download and no service nor reply from this ppl ### 1/5 — Fraud, Huge Charges, No Support *2022-07-03* Hi Friends, Once you installed this app and register then you are trapped. They will chase you to complete e-mandate for auto payment with many numbers. There are huge activation charges and transaction charges of all transactions. It's flat 10%. I am rating it 1 becase there is no option below that. Be aware and don't use this. Go for some other app. ### 1/5 — Worst Service *2022-01-30* They chase you when at the beginning of Opening an account like no Holiday. Once you open account you cannot even conclave them. And they charge Interest and a service Charge. Which is unexplained anywhere. You cannot contact even a peon of their office. Worst Fin service company I have ever come through. Pls dont go with this. Better find other. I am rating one because I have no option less than that. If I had I could have underratted them to -1. Guys pls don’t get in to their trap. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not instant loan at all *2026-04-30* They claimed to be instant loan but in reality its not instant at all, they took forever to make decision. Even after they say you are approved of loan, they keep asking to upload document one after another and you will have to wait one or two days for verification and finally they will ask to upload another document again. I dont know why they keep on doing like this. If they have concern about the credit profile of the applicant, why not reject their application straight away instead of wasting their time and giving false hope. This has been going on for months now and they neither reject nor approve my application. It always display “your documents are being verified” ### 1/5 — Worst service *2026-04-07* I had apply for loan since morning ther executive was calling me to complete the process when I did dat during my wrk time video call everything is done then they reject my loan without no reason worst service not at all happy with the flex his name Rahul when I m calling him and msging he is not replying me worst service ### 1/5 — Worst app and pathetic service provided by VIVIFI finance service *2026-02-27* “I had a ₹30,000 loan limit with EMI of ₹5,589, which I fully repaid ahead of schedule. Now the app shows ‘You are not eligible for a loan—please try after 90 days.’ This implies early repayment makes one ineligible, punishing responsible borrowers. Vivifi Finance provides pathetic service—it’s just for app downloads, not real help when needed. Unprofessional staff call for ‘loan recovery’ before the due date. I’d give -1 rating if possible on the App Store/Play Store. Please don’t download this fake app.” ### 1/5 — False promises *2026-02-25* This is such pathetic application. I was informed by a rep from flexpay that my limit has been increased you can make a payment and get that amount. They have no where promised me that it will get reviewed internally, bureau reports and everything. They provided me with the false information. After that no further services they gave. Trying to cover it up by saying its on internal parameters. Sarfaraz, mohammad sai, and one more rep. Over call i had a word with kavita just reading scrips. Said basis on payment history the limit has been enhanced. False information give. At the time of payment they call you like anything till due date . But if we need any support they just vanish. Such a illiterate crowd they have hired first of all dont know how to even pronounce name of cm. Secondly no customer service ### 1/5 — Worst Application and Customer Service *2025-09-04* I closed my loan and tried to avail new loan but application is not getting updated and there is no response from customer support. Not sure if it’s a genuine credit line ? What you are taking so much time for already approved credit line to apply for loan. This is the worst experience ### 1/5 — Pathetic service and support *2025-05-04* Totally useless support of this app. Even if you pay before pay date l, they still auto debit money form your account and then ask to use it from your limit. You keep writing emails but they don’t even bother. But when it’s time for repayment they don’t forget to do multiple calls every day. Pathetic service ### 1/5 — Application working too slow *2024-12-23* Applications is working too slow, we can’t change account details, we can’t change address details. To make changes these things we need to drop mail but they will take more than 15 days to make changes. Recently I have received loan upgradation and when I clicked that option it’s started not working the app. ### 1/5 — Don’t use it I refer *2024-07-20* Worst application I didn’t taken a loan just I make a login and update my details and check my eligibility everything was good I got some amount of loan but unfortunately I arranged funds from others sources this guys making calls and doing harassment before didn’t take the loan they’re doing like this if I take. Loan I don’t know how they will be doing calls ### 1/5 — Harassment App *2024-03-15* I have taken two loans from them till date. I am paying all the emis on time. The worst loan app because they keep calling 10 days before the due date 6 times a day just to remind us.
