I am getting daily 3 calls minimum saying u have a loan amount to avail. I already know that, but I would take loan when I need it. I know how to apply through app. Daily calls are really irritating. I keep telling and yelling not to call but calls keep coming. Do u keep records of customer call history. I have blocked numbers but getting calls from new numbers daily. It’s a real torture…. ### 1/5 — unwarranted and uncertain provision of credi line *2025-11-17* I would not recommend this app to anyone as this is the most unprofessional map I have seen after being every due before time and order debited from the account every month. There is a unwarranted change happening on the facility and now the entire loan after they use, it’s been converted to personal loan without any credit limit available. There are many other apps like Skype and I have not seen such change of terms and conditions without intimidating. The customer and entirely the model is exchange for which primarily customer will come to such kind of apps. ### 1/5 — Worst App Keeps calling regularly *2025-09-26* I logged into flex salary and got an offer for loan which was very off limit so i declined. From past 20 day customer care people keep on calling to take loan, do kyc this that and i keep telling then i dont need it delete my contact. Emails Customer support to Delete data but no Response. These loosers keep calling on Sunday also. Imagine for giving loan they are calling regularly, so what will they do to get money back Please delete my data and stop calling me ### 1/5 — Delay in Fund *2025-07-16* I have applied for personal loan, they say 24 hr customer support but firstly it won’t work. From morning I am getting continuous calls from them even after I mentioned the time. And after completing KYC two times still they are unable to complete the procedure. Complete all the formalities and still not received the amount. So, don’t write instant loan it’s almost 36 hours and no money received. Customer support just gives excuse but no clear justification. Such an idiotic harassment stay away from such apps ### 1/5 — Poor application *2024-04-30, version 5.7(5)* I have already paid the full amount there is nothing due to be paid everything is cleared and the app has not updated the data and they keep calling and texting to pay the due when I have already paid full amount 20,644. Once uploaded even customer care will not attend user calls. It’s not secure to load the documents. Video KYC is another fraud tactic that is introduced just to get access to our video and microphone. If we raise any issue to the support email, no one will respond and customer care number is just of no use with automated answer we are looking into it ### 1/5 — Complete Harassment If you take a loan *2023-12-07, version 5.4* Worst experience don’t take any loan from them ,collection executives will start calling you for payments once the bill is generated before your due date at least 2-3 times in a day along with that they will send messages on What’s app for repayment before due date imagine if you cross your due date what will they do so think before taking any loans from them. Worst experience ### 1/5 — Worst Worst Recovery Service prior to due dates. *2023-07-30, version 5.2* The app has worst recovery services, prior to 10 days of the due date the agent will start calling 3-4 times a day, further there will be multiple messages 5-10 times a day for the payment. Even before due dates, these guys will make you feel like you’ve defaulted the loan.
