Right now I can’t reset my password so it’s useless. ### 2/5 — Bare bones app *2024-10-25, version 2.9.3* If you’ve been using the website and then found out this app. You’ll see you rather do everything off the website. Only difference is you can take a photo of the product here at one of the approved stores. And you good. The website shows you list of things and more. Why would I want to use a bare bones app when the website does everything. Mirror the website and then the app will do even better. Missed opportunity here ### 1/5 — Beware and be careful *2022-09-19, version 2.9.3* I was approved for 800 credit line, and was comparing products to see which one I wanted before buying (I go to login about 3 weeks later, and it lost my account yet said I already had account under my email when I went to try and login and start over) It was confusing me, because I already took the hit to my credit and passed, but was being told to do it again, then denied. Contacted “customer service” and was told that the computer reset my account, but they couldn’t figure out why, and that I can’t apply again for 30 days (so makes sense they denied when I logged back in) but apparently they are completely dependent on a glitchy computer and can’t reverse or fix it, and with it being something like a financial institution.. you do NOT want that on your name or ruining your credit. (Imagine if they get hacked… “Opps, I don’t know what happened, but I can’t fix it” Then ruining your credit score by whatever amount glitches. But they only send you this info after they get all your info and decline you. And they make it very clear that even if you're not or no longer a customer they will continue to use and give out your data at their discretion. And of course I was not approved for their service. Complete scam. ### 1/5 — My APP keeps closing while I’m trying to register *2022-01-03, version 2.9.3* I Keep trying to sign up for FlexWallet an my application keeps closing on my phone I need help please ?!?! ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible experience *2021-12-15, version 2.9.3* So this app did not do anything that was advertised. I was approved for an amount, went to the store. You have to submit product information through the app. I thought this wasn’t a big deal, submitted my order. Was told I would get a text to show the store. I waited for twenty minutes before I finally called after not getting anything. I was informed that I was out of luck, because order have to be processed manually, and that team doesn’t work weekends. So fast forward to Monday, still nothing, I call again. Was informed orders take 48 hours to process. I thought this was for in store purchases?! The rep had me confirm the store address, and assured me that it would be ready for pickup soon. Fast forward to today, I had to call again, after STILL not getting any information. Surprise, my order was NOT set for store pickup, it has been shipped, and should be at my address “within a week”. I literally could have wasted far less time just ordering off of their site instead of following the false expectations that this for INSTORE. I will be cancelling and returning this product immediately and going with a leasing program that let me shop directly on partner website that had my items ready for pickup in an hour. ### 1/5 — Pathetic The Plaid Banking Feature Doesn’t Even Work *2021-11-06, version 2.9.3* Weak and crashes way too much. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2021-11-04, version 2.9.3* Every time I get to the part to link my account your app keeps crashing ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-10-08, version 2.9.3* Using the app isn’t the friendliest at all. Took 3 times longer than it was supposed to. And would have taken longer if I hadn’t called several times until I finally got someone who actually helped me. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be “verified again” after already charging my card for the initial payment. I got an email requesting my bank information and driver’s license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they “can’t work with my bank.” Why didn’t they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me? Customer service was no help either — slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Thier website has the iPhone for 1650 when it’s real price is 1200 imagine you don’t do the 90 days payout the amount you’ll pay for this leash could e gotten you x2-3 of the same Phone.
