Pretty sure I’m meant to get monthly credits but it’s been 2 months now and I’ve had no top up, tried to contact them 2-3 times now and I’ve had no response, the yearly plans are poor for info as it doesn’t actually tell you what you get, through research others get monthly credits but I’ve not had any. The other day every time I tried to create something it wouldn’t do it and it would just refund. So I log out then log back in and my account is reset. Over 4K credits gone. I sent the people a ticket to see what’s what and no one has gotten back to me and now I can’t create anything. No telling when they will get back to me but it shouldn’t take a week to do so….so I came back and changed my review to a one star. I have an ongoing subscription for a year, sent an email to the people and looks like they ignored it. The subscription plans are very misleading, I took an annual subscription only to be told halfway through the year my credits expired and I would need to take a further 12 months to continue to use. On selfies and photo-op shots it messes with facial details, my eye color came out completely wrong, and the “editing” felt more like a random AI regeneration than a color grade. Tried multiple prompts and couldn’t get it to preserve basic features reliably. If you just want to punch up a scenic landscape shot with no faces in it, it might be fine. But if you’re buying this for group pics, selfies, or anything with people you actually care about looking like themselves, skip it.
