Not worth any subscription unless they fix that. ### 3/5 — Gutes Tool aber vieles nur über Desktop möglich *2024-07-05, version 3.6.4* Ich hatte das Abo für ein Jahr und mochte die App sehr gerne. Letztendlich habe ich aber gekündigt da ich meist meine Social Media Aktivitäten ohne Computer betreibe, da ich viel unterwegs bin. Leider waren die für mich interessantesten Features in der Mobile App nicht möglich. Ich fand die Ideengenerierung und das kreative Brainstorming toll. In der Mobile App kann man lediglich die Hashtag und Schedulingfunktion nutzen, so dass ich für Post- Ideen dann doch immer wieder auf andere generative KI zurückgreifen musste. Das hat sich dann auf die meiste Zeit des Jahres ausgewirkt und sich finanziell gar nicht mehr gelohnt. Blöd war auch, dass man mit dem Handy immer automatisch in die App geroutet wurde und nicht die Möglichkeit bestand die Desktop Ansicht zu wählen. Ich habe mehrmals die Entwickler angeschrieben und gefragt, ob sie denn die App auf alle Features ausweiten könnten oder es zumindest planen. Ob sie den Mobile Zwang aufheben könnten. Leider war dies laut Entwickler zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht geplant und somit habe ich das Abo dann gekündigt. Insgesamt eine tolle App, aber für Leute, die meist an ihrem Handy arbeiten, was bei Social Media meist der Fall ist, suboptimal. ### 2/5 — Idea is nice *2024-05-27, version 3.6.4* The mobile app does not work to connect any of the socials, I’ve tried many times. I would like to be able to schedule stories through the app and see an IG feed preview, but these are only available on desktop. And they ask for feedback and actively implement changes. The tools are coming up got me excited! The only thing is sometimes give me UK hashtags that are not current to my market. By far waaaay above their North American counterparts. The ability to optimize hashtags and pre-schedule all my content has saved me hours of work each month. The stats are also very useful and even though AI is still not very good when it comes to produce meaningful images, I’m confident it will get better and better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t Subscribe - scammers *2026-07-30, version 3.9.4* I would strongly advise against subscribing to Flick. For the past couple of years, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription after losing access to my account. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to access my account to manage or cancel my membership, yet I continued to be charged $20 every month. I contacted support explaining that I had previously used two Instagram accounts and could no longer access the account associated with my subscription. I also explained that I had been experiencing financial hardship and had only discovered the recurring charges while preparing several years of tax returns. I asked for help regaining access, canceling the subscription, and reviewing whether any reimbursement was possible. Unfortunately, my issue was never resolved, and the recurring charges continued. A company should not continue billing customers who are unable to access their accounts and have repeatedly asked for assistance canceling their subscriptions. Based on my experience, the cancellation process was extremely frustrating, and customer support did not resolve the problem. I would not recommend this service. I still am unable to cancel. ### 1/5 — Flick’s support team don’t work on weekends *2025-03-21, version 3.9.4* That’s right, they don’t work weekends. Lucky them! Not so good for us… I wasted so much time on an issue with their platform which they were not able to support with. On top of that, their platform is clunky. For example, once you have scheduled a post on multiple platforms, if you want to make edits, you have to edit each post, for each platform individually. Flick don’t cover analytics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube (to mention the major platforms). There’s more but the above should be enough to encourage you to look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — ACHTUN BETRÜGER *2024-11-26, version 3.9.4* Ich habe meinem Account vor längerer Zeit und Fristgerecht gekündigt und trotzdem wird abgebucht. Auf meine Mails an den Support bekomme ich keine Antwort! Fortunately it was detected and declined thanks to my Apple account. ### 1/5 — Outdated - bad service *2023-10-16, version 3.5.5* I stopped using this app partly because hashtags are much less important and partly due to a job change. They rebilled me for a another year even tho I hadn’t logged in for 6 months. I thought I’d cancelled but it seems I hadn’t. I contacted them as soon as it was charged to ask for a refund. They hid behind their terms insisting they have to take a full years payment. They offered 50% off but it’s just as annoying to pay half price for a service I’m not using or going to use. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — FLICKIN GOOD *2025-05-13, version 3.9.4* Flick is hands down the best hashtag research service out there. The app is pretty dope, too. I wish the app had as many features as their website, but I’m sure it will soon.
