Показывает реальные перегрузки по шкале, которые далеки от опасных для самолёта. Успокаивает тем, что отписывает практически по секундам маршрут! Рекомендую обновлять информацию ближе к вылету, может меняться в лучшую сторону. Вероятность прогноза назвал бы в 90%, редко, но природа вносит коррективы, но в основном похоже на правду, когда оцениваешь ощущения ### 5/5 — Поддержка в путешествии *2022-04-26, version 1.3.4* Помогает немного успокоиться в турбулентности и вообще придаёт чувство уверенности ). Но очень люблю это приложение, так как оно дает всю нужную инфу и реально поддерживает в полетах. Иногда использую с интересом, почитать и понаблюдать. Но и когда сильно тревога находит, то тоже приятно осознать, что всегда можно обратиться с этому приложению и найти там «успокоение» в правильных словах, объяснение какого-то процесса или с помощью упражнения. 100% опробовать тем, кому страшно летать + подписаться на самого Алексея и посетить курс. I downloaded the app due to its great reviews and download the first audio, during which I’m told my fear is “lame”, experts know what they’re doing and “let aviation do its job” because “after 120 years, people know what they’re doing.” While that may be rationally true, a) I didn’t come here to be insulted and b) that seems to misrepresent what anxiety actually is. My fear of flying is mostly based on lack of knowledge as my therapist explained to me. Kudos to developers, the app gives a pretty good explanations to everything I needed to start flying again. Another great feature is the turbulence forecast. I cannot stop thinking about it during the whole flight time. Knowing where it can hit the plane helps me “tune”my mind right. Благодаря вам я начала понимать причины моей фобии и тест однозначно помог найти основные проблемы! У меня избегающий тип личности (это касается всего - отношений, дружбы, работы, полетов, новых свершений и тд) и понимая это, я вижу направление куда мне двигаться в лечении фобии и как следствие, решении проблем в жизни в целом. This app helped a ton and it’s not just surface stuff ### 5/5 — Helped me so much! *2024-04-11, version 1.5.31* I used to be so afraid of flying, I’d avoid traveling by plane as much as possible, and if I had to do it I would only take the shortest journeys and I’d still sit there gripping the seat counting down minutes until we land. I’ve been trying to get over my fear for a while and I can notice a huge difference since I tried this app. I can see my fear more objectively, I am much more relaxed in the plane and can enjoy the journey. My favorite part is the “flight stages” section, I download these before the flight and listen to them as I go through the stages myself. The relaxing voice recordings help calm you down and the content talks you through what’s happening. The take off is by far the worst part of the flight for me so I listen to the recording the whole time and it helps so much. I haven’t done the course yet but I would like to in the future because I found all the other content so far really helpful and relatable. I saw other people felt like the app was mocking their fear but to me it is very reassuring and understanding with some reality checks here and there that I personally need. I would definitely recommend at least doing a trial (if it’s available) with one flight and seeing if it can help you as much as it did me.
