Generally happy with the passes ( although prices and restrictions are making them less attractive), but the app has horrible user experience. I optimistically keep trying to give it another try, have to log in (MFA) minimum 3 times to get it to load my data ( no exaggeration) and 50 per cent of the time, it crashes. Just tried again, showed my pass having 23 flights left, went in to check on a res and it showed no flights used or no flights left. Did I mention this is a business pass? Truly awful. I give up. Why bother AC? ### 1/5 — App Downgrade *2024-08-07, version 1.29* Flight pass used to give easy access to see seat availability. The functionality was disabled 36 months ago when there was an “upgrade”. Some upgrade. We used to also be able to see what flights are upgradable. That too went from the app on the “upgrade”. But even worse, when I attempt to use a pass, I’m greeted with a perpetual loading screen! Why isn’t this just integrated into the regular AC app?
