## What is Flight Record App?

FlightRecord keeps your flight operations organized. Log flights, manage equipment, track schedules, and stay on top of documents and training—all from your iPhone or iPad.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-08-23

FlightRecord 1.3.3 makes crew housing, equipment assignment, and safety reports easier in the field. On Schedule → Housing you can Check In when your stay starts today and Check Out when you’re already checked in, with large Check In / Check Out buttons on booking detail. The Bookings list now shows only current and upcoming stays, with occupant name, property and room, dates, Checked In status, and a map button to open the property in Apple Maps. Availability marks trash and cleaning days with clearer icons, bedroom rows scroll together so dates stay aligned, and booking detail shows nights booked with the check-in date. Equipment add and edit put Assignment (owner) under Basic Information, and an owner’s list drops items after you reassign them. Safety reports can be moved to In Review with a timeline and note, assigned to supervisors and handlers, and closed by the Director of Operations, a department head, or an assigned person.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-08-21

FlightRecord 1.3.2 improves day-to-day ops across work orders, equipment, fuel, FRAT, and safety. Work-order reporters can close their own tickets, pick email alert recipients, and describe the issue in one field, with clearer save feedback. Equipment inspection due dates now match the web app (including offline badges), tag history shows inspection type, and you can download an Auditor Report PDF. Fuel logs support gallons returned and fuel-on-board, Fuel Order Requests walk through delivered → invoiced → reconciled, and driver logs can be saved with No Vehicle. Pilots can finish an all-text FRAT offline, pick an operating location for local weather, and get form-specific risk thresholds plus writing-quality hints. Crew housing allows checkout from a tapped schedule cell, Safety adds Lost Tool Reports, the schedule shows start/end dates on multi-day bars, mileage expenses show the rate, and an Update Available row in Settings (plus a tappable home banner) links to the App Store.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-02

This update adds Crew Housing under Schedule—browse bedroom availability, manage your bookings with check-in and check-out, and review housing units, house rules, and check-out procedures. Fuel Logs and Fuel Order Requests are now company-wide with filters by driver, date, and asset; you can record gallons returned, mark split loads, and pick from saved fuel vendors. You’ll also see a prompt when a newer app version is available.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-26

- Redesigned Risk Assessment (FRAT) flow with clear Details, Factors, Risks, and Summary steps, plus smart score suggestions and AI-assisted drafting help.
- Added safety check-in tracking for flights that exceed flight-time or duty-day thresholds.
- Added a Fuel Gravity Check tool to correct hydrometer readings to a 60°F reference.
- Fixed equipment inspection due dates so a higher-level inspection properly resets lower-level ones.
- Equipment tag scanning now starts automatically for a faster scan flow.
- Fixed an issue where scanned receipt dates could display incorrectly.
- Improved reliability of PDF report links in Assignments and Communications.

### 1.2.9 — 2026-07-19

Since 1.2.8, the app adds a full Fuel module (purchase logging with receipt scan, bulk fuel orders through delivered → invoiced → reconciled, and a company fuel-rates board), plus a new Lost Tool Report under Safety. Drivers get a vehicle numbers step in activity logs (odometer, overnight location, and fuel-on-board for truck/trailer when fuel tracking is on). Work orders gain an All Work Orders company view, email-alert recipient selection on create, Save & Close, and smoother create/update UX. There’s also related-schedule context on aircraft project detail, plus smaller polish around expenses, equipment, and FRAT response quality guidance.
