It would be nice if everything was in one place. ### 2/5 — Pain in the rear *2025-12-09, version 2.4.2* Kicks me out frequently and won’t remember login or password. It doesn’t give an option for biometric sign in. Huge pain in the rear. ### 2/5 — Not very intuitive *2025-09-22, version 3.6.1* The app is helpful for being able to schedule and organize flights and such, but when it comes to anything else, like looking into your upcoming lessons or sessions, you have to use the web browser, even when on your mobile device, which makes the app seem kinda useless. If they added a feature were you could look into your upcoming lessons the rating would be 5/5. ### 2/5 — Add pay from app *2025-09-15, version 3.6.1* No reason not to have a feature that allows you to pay for your flight or lesson from the app. Why force the user to go to the desktop app? Makes no sense and ends up with unpaid account balances for the school which I would imagine FSP gets a cut of. Even if they don’t, it’s massively inconvenient. The app supports checking in and out so it’s just an unfinished user story at the moment. ### 3/5 — Lack of features *2025-03-03, version 3.2.1* Its a great app to use for flight school etc but lacked the features it has on the web, I want all the features in the app so its simple and not a scramble to find out if your plane is squeaked or down for the day. *** Please add all your features to the app and not just the web .**** ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2024-10-31, version 3.1.6* Functionality was not great before. The most recent update made it even worse, nearly impossible to make a reservations. Web works fine. The support has been unable to fix it for many months. Scheduling is harder than it needs to be, provide an option where I can filter out aircraft and instructors. That’s an unbelievably basic thing to have. ### 3/5 — Issue editing an existing reservation *2024-05-06, version 3.0.2* When trying to update a reservation to cancel it because of weather, for example, the app requires all details to be entered ( customer , airplane, instructor, etc) as if it was new reservation. Please fix. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Fixed something that wasn’t broken *2024-04-27, version 3.0.2* As an instructor it used to be only 2-3 clicks and I could update a reservation be it maintenance or cancel for weather now it seems like a whole process to basically recreate the whole reservation. Website is still the same why fix the app when it worked just the way it needed to. New update feels clunky and unoptimized. FSP as a flight scheduling software is great but the app is severely lacking. ### 1/5 — Lacks basic functionality *2025-07-28, version 3.5* You can barely do anything with this app. The nicest way I can describe FSP is that it is an excellent example of a minimum viable product. I instruct at two schools, one uses Flight Circle, the other FSP. I need to find a computer to most things at the FSP school, where I can use my phone for everything at the Flight Circle one. Each school only has one computer. Even on a limited basis such as building the report online as a favorite and being able to see it on the phone. Deleted app and reinstalled correctly. Latest software update and FSP no longer allow me to use the app on my phone. Their developer clearly read all the reviews before building ver 2.2.4 because they overhauled the entire app. The bugs and crashing has been fixed and the layout is readable.
