But I don’t like the way it is laid out. That plus the information it displayed was way off anything remotely correct. Flightradar24 and PlaneFinder apps compared to this app. All apps showed different altitude, speed, distance flown and distance left, and so on. This app was by far the worst. For example, A plane (A320) was coming in for landing at my local airport. This app showed that the plane was at over 13,000 feet and traveling at a speed of 318 mph. Here is the problem, the plane was on the ILS and only 6 miles from the airport. How can it be that high and going that fast 6 miles out? Of course, both of the other apps showed the plane closer to what would be normal that far from the airport and on the ILS. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2020-12-20, version 4.12* Paid for lifetime subscription and now no planes at all!! This dev team went with "Since it's not broken, let's break it." Why? It went from reliable and intuitive to all kinds of f'ed up. This wasn't even ready for a beta release. UI and notifications are clear and easy to understand. I just wish it would have more realistic flight maps instead of a straight line between the departing and arriving airports. Also with it could pick up on 4 different aircraft times (gate push back, takeoff, landing, and arrival at destination gate) and send alerts for each one in notifications. It's extremely inaccurate and hard to use. Gave very little information as to the flight status and when it did it was hard to understand. First it said landed, then it was back in the air, then landed, then back in the air again, then I had no clue what happened to it! I'm going back to Flight Aware. The bad about it is when I was out in the wilderness is when I was told about your system. I forgot that the WiFi did not work well out in the country and tried to download their and by the time I got and, heehee, I had to download again. This took most of the day and part of the night to fin the download. Well, I got it and am still trying to figure out the system. That I don’t mind. Just being aware is what truly matters.
