FlightChecklist is a professional checklist app, developed to support pilots with ensuring they have carried out of the necessary safety checks, and to keep their checklists and aircraft all in one place. CHECKLISTS - The ability to create a list of all the items which need to be carried out, whether it is on the ground, or during flight. TIME STAMPS - Log exactly when events happen, whether it’s Block Off, Take Off, Landed or Blocks On, as well as logging any other necessary events. STOPWATCH - Need to time when how long something takes? The app comes with its own Stopwatch. TIME PRESETS - Ability to set timers to go off in advance of a time for an event, and provide warnings (red, amber and green) that event time is approaching. HAPTIC TIMERS - Coming soon! EMERGENCY - This section of the app is for all the emergency checklists and gizzers, for example if there is a ‘Fire during Start’, this checklist will advise the best practice to resolve this issue. GIZZERS - Images or PDFs of plane related documentation, which can have Hotspots on, to navigate to other areas in the app (Hotspots created via the CMS). SKETCHPAD - Somewhere to jot things down! APPLE WATCH - Comes with the ability to navigate through the checklists, emergency checklists, be notified of set Time Presets, or to set Timers. This all comes with an online Content Management System (CMS), to enable the creation, publishing and sharing of aircraft, whether it’s with your team, friends or family. I can customize it to have access to my sections like preflight, normal procedures, and emergency ect. I have quick access to a maneuver section I made for training. It checks off items so I don’t miss a critical step. I can add squawks, times, photos. Very awesome. ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing. *2021-04-29, version 1.9* For an app that has been in the store this long it still is no better then early versions. With the amount of missing functionality I do not understand how this is in the App Store. Developer states the app was going to be updated and now it is almost the end of April. Can not create a checklist or a plane. Contacted developers in May. They replied new version in 4-6 weeks. We are in September and still not working... ### 1/5 — Looks like it could be good but... *2020-06-14* It seems there might be some really useful useful features but it lacks any instructions and isn’t overly intuitive. I spent about 20 minutes playing with it but couldn’t figure out how to even add a checklist or use many of the features. I checked their website but it’s a generic web developer. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently in the process of finalising the CMS, which was delayed due to the pandemic, but will be ready very shortly.
