This app would be way more popular if they improve their onboarding process and allow free tier like on their website. ### 3/5 — Subscription only is a disqualifier for me *2025-05-17, version 1.2* I use the web based Flight Connections often, but only when I am planning a trip. A few times a year, at most. It is indeed very useful. I got a new iPad and was excited to use an optimized app version. But I’m not paying some endless, ongoing subscription for an app I may use a few times a year. This is a ridiculous expectation. I would gladly pay a one time fee. But the app seems to only allow an endless recurring subscription model, and well, so it gets deleted. ### 2/5 — The app works if you can access it *2024-10-26, version 1.2* Very frustrating trying to break into Fort Knox every time you try to open this app. Seriously, I don’t have to jump through these hoops to reset my banking password. I’ve used it maybe 1 out of 10 times that I’ve wanted to because I’m ready to throw it out the window during the log in process. The WORST log in of any app I have ever used. For the love of jebus, please fix this so I can actually use the app I paid for. ### 2/5 — Routes Rarely Update *2024-09-05, version 1.2* New routes load for airlines almost weekly but takes weeks to months for Flight Connections to sync the data. DL XNA-SLC & XNA-DTW still missing 3+ weeks and AA XNA-PHL still missing after 2 weeks. Tried reaching out to their support on the missing routes to no response. ### 3/5 — Great app… when it works *2024-08-25, version 1.2* I love this app and the corresponding website. The last time I saw a webpage this unusable and impossible to navigate was 2001 on dial up and 1000’s of pop ups. Navigating it very slowly I accidentally clicked 2 hidden adverts. My last visit to this site - such a shame! ### 1/5 — Anyone supporting this app? *2024-01-03, version 1.0* As has been pointed out in numerous previous reviews dating back months, if you are new user there is no way to create a login. When you download the app and open it you are taken to a login which assumes you already have an account & there is no way to create a new one. ### 3/5 — Scrolling and zooming is horrible *2023-12-26, version 1.0* The app works, but I have two issues with it: 1. Scrolling and zooming around the map is a terrible experience. As this is most of the interaction with the app, this makes it very annoying to use. 2. But after I downloaded it the only page I get to is a sign in page. No option to create an account. Any attempt to enter info comes back with no account recognized. When I log in I get a notice that says “no premium subscription” and it won’t log in. It’s infuriating. I tried emailing the app designer but get no response. ### 1/5 — Extremely Poor App Design. Most Annoyance I have ever experienced in my entire life *2025-09-13, version 1.2* One of the most annoying apps for the sole reason that it is so difficult to navigate. You can only navigate the map with a subscription, but it is so difficult to log in because it keeps glitching out, then once you get past that you cant even get a subscription in the app you need to do it online. This is such a waste of time I rather anything else than to ever open this application again. Beyond that it’s really bad and misleading. It presented four airlines with direct flights from Helsinki to Toronto and passed me to Kayak for prices. Fair enough and I like Kayak but there were NO direct flights. However, it charged me again without prior notice when I no longer needed to travel or use the app. Email support was unresponsive regarding a refund, but I managed to resolve it through a phone call and confirmed the refund. Payment system is awkward and uses a strange third party. I had to write to them to pay - bring that in house and accept cc’s please : ) Otherwise - it’s a unique app and Infind it very useful.
