Will never use flightnetork again. Once we needed help 30 days ago, we are waiting them to contact air Canada to resolve it , instead of dealing with air Canada directly. Still waiting to hear from Flightnetwork .

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for travel protection specifically for situations like this, yet the only option I was offered was cancellation. Meanwhile, my cousin and her boyfriend were able to change their flights under similar circumstances. I would like an explanation and a review of my case as I do not believe I have been treated fairly.

Extremely disappointed with Flight Network's lack of transparency. I requested a ticket change and was quoted an additional AUD $930 to end my journey in Bali instead of Melbourne. When I asked for a breakdown of the fare difference, I was told that fares fluctuate and that no breakdown could be provided.
I understand that airline prices change, but customers should be able to receive a clear explanation of significant fare differences, especially when removing a flight segment from the itinerary. Instead, I received generic responses and no meaningful clarification.
Customer service was polite, but the inability to explain pricing left me with little confidence in the process. Transparency is important when customers are being asked to pay hundreds of dollars extra. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

Booked flights through FlightNetwork. The airline cancelled the flight — not our fault, not our doing. What followed since is already over two months of waiting for a refund that should have been straightforward.

FlightNetwork apparently has no urgency when it comes to returning money that isn't theirs. Under EU regulations, refunds for cancelled flights are due within 7 days. Two months is not 7 days.

I will not use FlightNetwork again and would strongly advise others to book directly with airlines. The moment something goes wrong, you want to deal with one party — not a middleman who treats your money as their float.

I've been waiting over a month with no response at all. If you value your money, I’d suggest avoiding booking through them, as they seem to be scammers, and you could end up losing your money. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Flightnetwork.
Rückerstattungen und Zahlungen werden extrem verzögert. Man wartet wochenlang auf sein Geld und bekommt kaum klare Informationen vom Kundenservice. So ein Service ist absolut enttäuschend und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich werde dort nie wieder buchen.

代理店が対応しないといけないことを、内部でたらい回しにして時間を稼ぎこちらが折れるまであの手この手で逃げようとしていました。
さらに日本語が微妙な外国人がカタコトのチャットで対応してきます。

I was trying to book Porter flights, Google for fly Porter in on my phone I didn’t see the ad for Flightnetwork before continuing. They managed to trick an Internet savvy person to not booking directly through the Carrier. Well played Flightnetwork. I won’t be using you again.

I typed the airline in the search engine, clucked on what I thought was the airlineand didn’t realize till after payment it was a third party. Cannot check in on airline, they have no record of me trip! Not this app won’t send me boarding passes till 6 hoods before departure. Panicking here. Was I scammed?

Mein Flug wurde vor zwei Wochen storniert, ich telefoniere bestimmt alle 2-3 Tage mehrere Stunden mit dem Kundenservice. Ich werde immer nur hingehalten und es heißt ständig wir beeilen uns Blabla passiert nichts. Ich hatte schon 2 Mitarbeiter am Apparat die aggressiv wurden weil die zu dumm waren um zu verstehen dass ich nach Barcelona, Venezuela wollte und nicht nach Spanien. Einer von beiden hat mich sogar beleidigt und aufgelegt. Diese Firma ist sogar nichtmal im Stande deren Pflichten zu erfüllen. Mir wird keine umbuchung in mein Zielland angeboten und das obwohl das Angebot auf das ich einging zu 100% bindend ist. Jetzt darf ich mir Last Minute noch ein Flug dazu buchen und die lassen sich weiterhin alle Zeit der Welt. Ich werde dieses Buchungsportal nicht nur nicht weiterempfehlen sondern ich rate stark davon ab das zu nutzen

1114-594-419の予約について書きます。

簡単にいうとフライトがキャンセルになって、飛んでいないフライトの料金を返してもらえません。
予約画面上は何も変更されていませんが、フライトは違う空港からの便に振り返られたそうで、その反映も連絡もなく、問い合わせてその概要がわかりましたが、空港の移動など到底受け入れられる変更では無いので、そのまま航空会社都合のキャンセルを申し込んだところ、数週間後、これは「軽微な変更」なので返金できませんときた。
フライトキャンセルが軽微？

担当が変わりすぎて経緯が全部すっ飛んでるようだが、航空会社に確認したら全額返金済みだからflight networkに返してもらってと。
彼らは返金があったのに私には返さない。
彼らの規約では、航空会社から返金があれば返すと記載があるが実際は盗ってしまった。
ここの日本語レビューが全て星1つなのがリアルです。引き継ぎが全くできないようです。
もう一度言います。フライトがキャンセルになって、航空会社が返金しても、彼らは返しません。被害に遭わないように気をつけてください。
本当に面倒ですが、もう少し戦います。

I booked a return flight to Lisbon for September ‘26 and was given a luggage option of check in for 23kg and not offered sports equipment. I thus understood this weight allowed my golf travel bag of about 15kg to be included. 
I am now advised (after buying) that the airline will charge me extra despite the fact they say they did not offer sports equipment. 
This is deceptive and underhand  but when I asked for my 23kg both ways to be refunded flight network refused !
This is clearly cheating !

Es ist die schlimmste App um seine Reisen zu verwalten. Das UI ist eine Katastrophe und die Organisation und Menüführung ist unglaublich mies. 

Gerade wollte ich meine Bordkarten haben und tippe in der App auf „Bordkarten“ aber der Bildschirm wird einfach weiß und bleibt auch weiß. 

Buchungen müssen mit der Mail Adresse mit der gebucht wird hinzugefügt werden. Alle anderen machen es mit dem Namen des Passagiers, falls zum Beispiel der Arbeitgeber die Buchung durchführt. 

Furchtbar schlecht.

今回の対応には非常に失望しました。

航空会社都合によるフライト変更で、シェムリアップでの滞在時間が大幅に短縮され、旅行目的そのものが達成できなくなったため、予約全体の無償キャンセル・全額返金について相談しました。

しかし、問い合わせのたびに回答内容が変わり、一貫性がありませんでした。最初は「航空会社へ確認・承認依頼を行う」と案内されたにもかかわらず、その後は「影響を受けたPNRしか対応できない」「影響を受けていないフライトは航空会社へ直接問い合わせてください」と説明が変わりました。

さらに、航空会社のポリシーや契約上の根拠を尋ねても、返ってきたのは「当社が対応できるのは対象フライトのみ」という説明ばかりで、私の質問には最後まで答えてもらえませんでした。航空会社の正式な規約や判断根拠は一切示されず、同じ内容を繰り返すだけの対応でした。

利用者として知りたいのは「なぜ旅行全体の返金が認められないのか」という理由ですが、その点については説明責任を果たしているとは到底思えませんでした。

問題を解決しようとする姿勢よりも、責任を航空会社へ押し付ける対応が目立ち、非常にストレスの溜まるサポートでした。今後この会社を利用することはありませんし、同様のトラブル時のサポートを重視する方にはおすすめできません。

### 1/5 — Still Waiting for My Refund – Very Disappointing Experience

I am writing this review regarding my refund request for booking order #1116-335-884.

Although I was contacted by one of Flight Network’s supervisors regarding my refund request, my issue still remains unresolved.

It has been several months since my ticket was cancelled, yet I still have not received my refund. I have made countless phone calls and follow-ups, and every single time I am told the same thing: “Your refund is in progress.” After waiting for months, this response is simply not acceptable.

I also contacted the airline directly, and they informed me that the issue is with the travel agency, not the airline. Meanwhile, Flight Network continues to shift the responsibility instead of resolving the issue.

As a customer, I should not have to chase my own money for months. At this point, it feels like Flight Network is not taking my case seriously. Based on my experience, it feels more like “Fraud Network” than Flight Network.

I have been more than patient, but I cannot wait any longer. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Very disappointing service. I would not recommend Flight Network based on my experience.
