Needs more refinement. But I can see the vision. No reason for this to not be super popular in the future. Will keep playing and look forward to fixes.

I generally get the Strata City in 3 or less. Issues which need to be addressed include:
1) what is a city? Salinas counts in the US/Canada version but St. Petersburg does not even come up as an option in the Worldwide version. WHY IS IT NOT INCLUDED? If you are excluding certain countries you need to be clear about this. You need a definition of cities which is comprehensible to all who play anywhere in the world. I suggest you have a minimum cut off point re population.
2) the direction of arrows can be absolutely way off. Check the direction of Dhaka (12.7.26.) given when I guessed Helsinki!!! That was APPALLING! Do get to grips with the concept of lines of latitude!!!
3) no link to HOW TO PLAY anywhere on the Strata screen. You think it’s self explanatory? See above.
