Купил биле Москва Геленджик рейс 397 17.12.2025, доплатил на сайте за 10 кг доп багажа. При регистрации во Внуково мне сказали это не считается и надо оплатить перевес. Значит законы у вас не работают. Далее жалоба пойдет в прокуратуру. Единственная компания, где меня обобрали!

Если вы заранее оплатили дополнительный багаж, но не воспользовались им и при этом оплатили багаж повторно в аэропорту, вы можете оформить возврат средств. Для этого:
1. Зайдите в личный кабинет.
2. Создайте заявку на возврат.
3. Приложите оба чека (за предварительно купленный багаж и за оплату в аэропорту).
Также рекомендуем связаться с продавцом авиабилета и уточнить, по какой причине ранее оплаченный багаж не был учтен.
Возможная причина — вы попытались объединить два багажных места в одно, но это может быть запрещено правилами перевозки или тарифом вашего билета. Проверьте условия тарифа и правила авиакомпании по провозу багажа.

Обновили приложение. Стал более свежим дизайн и пользоваться стало как-то даже приятней) исправили баги которые иногда возникали при поиске и покупке билетов. Теперь всё чётко.

Продуманное приложение, учтены многие полезные функции и есть возможность здесь покупать билеты и бронировать отель. Удобный личный кабинет, там сохранены все поездки, можно добавить какие-то маршрут в избранное. Ну и главное очень хорошие цены, дает возможность сэкономить на путешествии.
