This is why I gave 3stars! Customer service is non existent and for this to be a business who’s stepping in as the middle man so we can reach the inmates there should be no reason a package sent from this business is confiscated because they made the return address my home address. This gives the prison the idea that I sent mail from home when I purchased, uploaded my photos and everything on this app. I am disgusted that I received a book back to my home address in April 2026 that was purchased and shipped incorrectly from Flikshop December 2025. Yes! The emailed customer service about it snd no reply still to this date. They need to do better for the price we pay in credits because you can’t direct pay and the credits are in inconvenient increments. **Developer response:** Hi, this is Marcus, founder of Flikshop. You're right and I'm sorry. We ship each order with your Return Address because that is what most facilities require. Please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. We will look into your December order, get you all of your Flikshop Credits back, and ask you to try again. I’m able to quickly send a postcard with a note to let my loved one know I’m thinking about them. I’ve been using the app a couple of years now. ### 5/5 — Improved *2023-07-16* I already used Flikshop as my go-to way to send images to penpals, but now it’s even better. Now you can send pics for half the price of postcards. It now also allows you to add your penpal to a “neighborhood” so they can get even more penpals, especially if you already have a lot and can’t help everyone. Soon you’ll be able to send letters, not just postcards. This might be the only way to send color anything to super strict prisons that don’t allow colored paper. ### 5/5 — Staying Connected *2023-07-08, version 6.3.1* This is great. Thanks Flikshop ### 5/5 — A must have for incarcerated loved ones. *2023-04-01* Flickshops are not counted as pictures at many DOC mailrooms therefore you can send an unlimited number to your loved one they are considered male and this is the most convenient way to show them how life is progressing on the outside. They saying they can’t find my account I’m just so through with this app. Save your money and your time download another app ### 1/5 — Not great. *2025-01-16, version 6.3.26* Every single time I use this app there seems to be an issue. I made a purchase of 10 photos to be sent to my fiancé, they never arrived when he was in there. I tried reaching out about a refund, and I never got it. THEN I just purchased 20 Flikshop credits and it charged me 6 TIMES. That’s $173.99 total. THEN the credits never showed up in my account. I’m honestly sick of this app. I got one postcard through, but the other 10 photos, VOID! the $173.99 that it charged me for nothing? VOID! ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2024-02-12* I sent off 10 photos to be printed as an order and then received tracking information. Then I tell them that the tracking that I got wasn’t working because it took me to a USPS website from the app and then they informed me that no it’s actually a UPS tracking and so I’m sitting there and waiting and watching as the order updates and then all of a sudden the tracking is no longer available and so then I reach out to them and they said they’re going to reprint my order so once they did, they never gave me a new tracking number and when I asked for it, they told me they only offer tracking numbers for their albums, which that doesn’t make any sense, because initially the tracking number was showing up within the app for my order and now when I go to search my tracking information from my order, it’s now populating, but it’s still saying the same thing like it’s not showing up so I think this app is a Forrest and a fake and I don’t think they’re actually really printing out anything and there is stealing peoples money, so don’t use this app. Use Pelly post or something else, the customer service is horrible they don’t even help you and they lie and keep giving you the runaround so don’t waste your money and use a better app or print out the photos and do it yourself **Developer response:** Hi, this is Marcus, founder of Flikshop. Reading this, you got the worst version of Flikshop and I'm sorry. Tracking confusion between USPS and UPS, then a reprint with no new tracking number, then no real answer when you asked again. That is failure across the board. We are not a fake. Every photo is printed and mailed. But the experience you had is unacceptable. If you're open to it, please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. We will refund the order, resend the 10 photos at no cost, and ensure that this never happens again. Thank you for telling us where we failed. Again, I'm sorry! Let's make this right. ### 1/5 — Over 8 pictures not sent to my loved one !!! *2021-01-09, version 5.0* This app always gets stuck on “estimated delivery” and my loved one has not received over 8 photos sent to him. This is extremely annoying and an inconvenience. He asks me everyday do I know the status of the photos because he is anticipating them. This app has been a total waste of my time and money especially since no one in customer service responded to my e-mail!! I WILL MUCH RATHER PRINT THE PICTURES OFF MYSLEF AND SEND THEM MYSLEF !! ### 1/5 — Update is trash *2021-01-01, version 5.0* Now you can only send one photo and they don’t even show you your photo history .. how am I suppose to know what photos I’ve already sent ?! And then they say it’s tracking but there’s no tracking on the photos !!! Let alone the history of photos already sent ### 1/5 — New Update. *2020-12-23* I hate the new update, it’s way more confusing .. plus they took away the option to send two pictures (the big one and the small one on the top) that’s so dumb, I wish I never updated the app. Also, I hate how you can only either purchase 1 credit, 10 or 15 .. why not make it to where we can choose the # we want manually, I’m never buying 20 credits .. I rather manually enter in my card # 5 times, but I guess that’s their trick to make you purchase more. When a new app comes out better than this one, this one will be deleted. Let me know when this app is working and user friendly. 🥲 ### 1/5 — Hard to contact *2019-07-02* I have written several emails to customer service regarding my postcards with no response. I have gone onto Facebook and have written a message regarding my postcards. No response. I have called the customer service number listed with no response. All I want is answers as to why my postcards have not been delivered to my loved one when it has been three weeks. I am so disappointed that he hasn’t received them and I invested money into these cards. Also disappointed with the lack of customer service response. I love these postcards! ### 5/5 — Use this app to help everybody you love *2026-05-03* I started using this app because I loved a few folks who were incarcerated and then as the time went on and they opened up access, I was able to use it to send communication to anybody that I want, including my daughter who is on a mission and all the people that I love that I just don't get to connect with enough. It's such a wonderful way to have access. You have access to your people for low cost and to send them beautiful photographs and messages and it just makes all the difference in the world. My loved one really loves all of the bueatifull postcards too.. he really gets all happy when he gets postcards that ive personally picked the photo for the postcard and Flikshop makes and sends them out to the prison where hes at. all the work and effort is so appreciated you all are God sent.
