The frustration of enduring this broken beyond repair app complemented by contemptful service is not worth it. ### 1/5 — app unusable, service abysmal *2026-01-16* If it wasn’t the only remaining delivery service there’d be no reason for me to bother. Their app really just is a badly developed wrapper for a browser window. Its newest trick is showing a blank white page when opened. Placed order and waited for 2,5hours to come just for some pack of chips and a bar of chocolate and still theres missing items. Was mich aber wirklich sehr nervt, und ich vermute hier verkaufsfördernden Vorsatz, das ständig Produkte beim Checkout auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Szenario: ich habe zum Mittagessen Lust auf ein ganz bestimmtes Produkt und denke mir, ich bestelle das einfach über Flink plus ein paar Sachen, die ich sowieso benötige. Am Ende des Checkouts ist genau das Produkt was ich zum Mittag haben wollte, wovon Flink ganz genau weiß, dass ich es gern mag und sehr oft bestelle bzw. danach suche, auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar. Ich habe zu dem Zeitpunkt dann aber bereits 10-15 Minuten damit verbracht, meine Küche nach notwendigen Lebensmittel zu durchstöbern und stehe dann vor der Wahl gar nicht zu bestellen (und meine 15 Minuten verschwendet zu haben) oder doch zu bestellen, aber dann nichts für mein Mittagessen zu haben. Im Resultat bestelle ich dann zusätzlich zum Mittag irgendwelches Junkfood bei Wolt. Es muss doch für Flink möglich sein, ein ordentliches Warenmanagement zu führen und, mit Ausnahme von saisonalen Waren, Produkte verfügbar zu haben. Wenn das so schwer ist, dann nimmt doch einfach die problematischen Produkte raus, damit der Kunde keine Zeit mit euch verschwendet. ### 1/5 — Forgotten bag and unresponsive customer service *2025-08-08, version 2025.32.0* The driver admitted to forgetting a whole bag containing the more expensive items.
