Hello all I just want to update and experience, which I had with the flink workforce it’s will work fine once you onboard. Before onboard time it will automatically logout key word won’t work properly. We assume it’s an app issue but it’s not an app issue it’s issue with Onboarding team will hold you to stop using it. Once you hired after your first shift it will work nicely.

As the amount of notifivations populating your display and vying for your attention multiply without end, ratching up the pressure to deliver at speed, you will sooner or later, statistivally, get an accident. I hope you don't! Bike legally and do not rush. This company, like othets, care about the money and not your potential broken arms or concussion. (Put on the helmet well! They might argue in court you carelessly used the helmet)

App should show pin points of multiple orders on the map. Sometimes the system do not stack orders correctly and rider have to go in two different directions which increases fulfilment time and frustration to the customer.

Ich arbeite seit 18 Monaten als Werkstudent für Flink und habe daher einige Erfahrung mit der Workforce-App. Ich nutze iOS 18.5 und die Version 1.65.0 der App im Dark Mode. Aktuell gibt es einen Bug, der verhindert dass man seine eingestellten Maximalstunden im Bereich persönliche Informationen sehen kann. Nachdem ich die Einstellung von 16 auf 20 geändert und die Änderung bestätigt habe, sind jetzt die eingestellten Maximalstunden nicht mehr sichtbar…

Ich habe ein paar Monate als Rider bei Flink gearbeitet und dann ein Kündigungsschreiben erhalten. Ich finde, dass diese Kündigung ungerecht war. Nachdem ich die Kündigung bekommen habe, habe ich alles Manager Raphael erklärt und er gebeten, die Entscheidung noch einmal zu überdenken leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich möchte auch betonen, dass die Arbeitsbedingungen sehr schlecht waren. Das Equipment hat oft nicht richtig funktioniert und die FlinkApp hatte viele technische Probleme und Verzögerungen, was die Arbeit deutlich erschwert hat. Oft haben Kunden die Tür nicht rechtzeitig geöffnet oder wir mussten mehrere schwere Taschen 4–5 Stockwerke hochtragen ohne Aufzug.

Trotzdem hatten wir für solche Lieferungen nur eine Minute Zeit nach Ankuft beim Kunden, was völlig unrealistisch ist. Unter diesen Bedingungen sind Leistungsprobleme unvermeidlich. Es ist unfair, dass das überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt wurde.

Although I am a Ops Associate at Flink, the app often shows me as a Rider. This weird bug shows few times a week and I am unable to check my info when it happens.

Hatte heute meinen ersten spaßTag als Mindestlohn-Arbeiter.
Die App hat manchmal Probleme mit meinem iPhone. Genauer gesagt, beim Wechsel während der Fahrt von Info zu Navi.

Es wundert mich, dass einzelne Trinkgelder nicht angezeigt werden bzw. mann nicht so sehen. Kann, wer es gegeben hat… das ist sinnlos und wirft die Frage auf, ob wirklich 100 Prozent beim Fahrer ankommen?
