### 5/5 — This amazing app

*2025-10-23, version 2.25*

This app gives a huge advantage to all firefighters responding to emergencies and fires. Especially for chauffeurs ; allowing them to see the fire building , closet hydrant and fastest route to the building . This technology is a must for the fire service industry !!!

### 5/5 — Must Have

*2025-10-21, version 2.23*

Innovative software that all municipalities and communities would benefit from having to lean on when the time calls for it.

### 5/5 — FLINT is a home run

*2025-10-13, version 2.23*

We had a working fire in a Manhattan restaurant. First due engine hooked up to a bad hydrant and needed water fast. With no good hydrant in sight, I pulled up FLINT and within seconds it pinpointed the ideal hydrant nearby. Turned out it was completely blocked by a food truck, which is why no one saw it. After hooking up, we got the line supplied and the fire was knocked down shortly after. FLINT made the difference when every second counted.

### 5/5 — Useful Every Run

*2025-09-14, version 2.20*

This app adds value every run for our company regardless of if the run is for fire, CO or even EMS. Always helps to have a look at all means of egress

### 5/5 — Battalion Chief

*2025-07-21, version 2.19*

The app is a a great tool. Quick and easy. Hydrants are easily located and the street and aerial views are a must have for ladder companies.

### 5/5 — Updates

*2025-07-17, version 2.19*

Hands down this app has been tremendous help loving the new update!!

### 5/5 — Perfect tool for FDNY Chauffeurs

*2024-11-22, version 2.13*

FLINT was a game changer during a recent emergency response. The app accurately pinpointed the building's entrance, saving me from following the dispatched ticket info (and/or navigation apps) that would have sent me past the location and around the block. This precise information avoided a potential two-minute delay in reaching a critically injured patient. Thanks to FLINT, we arrived at the scene without hesitation.

### 5/5 — Must have app for first responders

*2024-07-26, version 2.08*

You know when a new technology pops up, that you didn’t think you needed, but then once you use it, you don’t know how you lived without it… well Rapid Response is that kind of App. I recently went to a fire where the information given by the city wasn’t enough to understand what kind of building we were walking into, the Rapid Response information made a world of difference and assisted me in helping 4 people survives a structural fire in their building. Without the Rapid Response information, I would have needed more time to size up the building and make a decision on where to go. I hope the Rapid Response system is implemented and used by every Fire Department, what a game changer!

### 5/5 — Absolutely unbelievable product!!

*2024-07-11, version 2.07*

I’m pretty sure this is a “ one of a kind “ type product!!! It’s easy to use, and the technology is amazing!! I definitely recommend for any fire department who does not have this already!!

### 5/5 — Good tool for the toolbox

*2024-01-19, version 2.02*

Good tool for the toolbox. I’ve been playing around with the app the last few days in DC and a buddy in Baltimore told me about it. I see it getting traction and potentially more features eventually with a lot of success.

### 5/5 — Rapid Response is a must have

*2023-11-26, version 2.02*

Rapid response is a must have app for all departments. The list goes on and on when it comes to the perks and tools this app has. It allows access that should be standard to all departments. Looking forward to seeing how this app may impact departments and everyday firefighters in the future.

### 5/5 — No Brainer

*2023-10-25, version 2.01*

Best size up available. Rotating 3D views showing rear fire escapes, means of egress, etc. We get it all. Nice work!

### 5/5 — Pre-Arrival Info at its best!

*2023-09-18, version 2.01*

Best product on the market for this niche. Outstanding size up before we arrive on-scene.

### 5/5 — Must have tool for firefighters!

*2023-09-17, version 2.0*

Rapid Response is a great tool for firefighters and should be equipped as standard in trucks. Intuitive and has really great map views.

### 5/5 — Needed and Useful

*2023-09-12, version 2.0*

Great work brothers. I believe this will be integrated nationwide with multiple first responder units (EMT, etc.) long-term.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Runs

*2026-06-13, version 2.38*

Does not show runs when you click the unit. Sent me a notification 72 times for a run that came out days ago

### 4/5 — Reset

*2024-12-13, version 2.14*

Unable to recover/reset password. NEED HELP!

### 4/5 — More info

*2023-12-23, version 2.02*

The app is fantastic as far as mapping is concerned. But what I would like is to be able to tap on the incident in the app, and read the description that is given in the notifications. Once you clear the notification, the description is gone.

### 5/5 — Great Tool

*2026-07-12, version 2.38*

For an engineer to know where his hydrants are, is a major plus, this is yet another great tool to have at your disposal, invaluable.

### 5/5 — Great app

### 5/5 — Staying Salty In Philly

*2026-03-08, version 2.34*

Never miss an opportunity for jobinous materials. Flint has real time notifications. Whether you’re a buff or on the job just trying to keep up with daily news. Flint has your back.

### 5/5 — Extremely helpful

*2026-02-16, version 2.34*

Extremely helpful app for getting a quick idea of response direction as well as 3d view of building. I’ve used it many times to get an idea of where I would position rig to get aerial to roof as additional truck or fast truck before we even leave the firehouse. Also very good for engine to see where hydrants are. The job should adopt this app.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-02-14, version 2.34*

Best app made for emergency responders. Really helpful to eliminate time 2 respond

### 5/5 — Great Tool

*2026-02-05, version 2.34*

To have this on the backstep is huge. Great for Roof & OV to get a quick size up on the building with the birdeye & street views. It also has great quick reference guide for electric vehicles that is very handy. Definitely recommend this app to be used while responding to boxes.

### 5/5 — Must Have

*2026-02-04, version 2.34*

Any company who doesn't have this on their rig they're a step behind, allowing the outside team to determine what they're pulling up too and formulating a planned attack on the way is huge. Engine also has all the hydrants mapped out for them
