WELCOME TO FLIP FOR FUNCTION in Nashville, TN!

The Flip for Function app allows you to manage your account with ease, register for classes, parties, and special events. You'll also receive important notifications about class changes, closings, registration openings, special announcements, and upcoming events.

The Flip for Function app is an easy-to-use, on-the-go way to access everything Flip for Function has to offer right from your smartphone.

We believe all children should have access to sports and recreational activities where they feel successful. Through gymnastics, and other adaptive sports, children develop skills to thrive in and outside of the gym, so they may live full and meaningful lives.

We are experienced problem-solvers and relationship-builders on a mission to make recreational activities accessible to all children, no matter their disability. 

We inspire self-confidence in children through occupational therapy and adaptive gymnastics.

Our therapists and instructors give children appropriately tailored challenges, allowing them to experience a sense of accomplishment, pride, and belonging, as they discover their previously untapped potential.

We are creating a space for your child to belong, have fun and learn how to function in the world.

Though our tiered programming with varying levels of support, we actively cultivate an inclusive environment that ensures every child, no matter their diagnosis or disability, can access and enjoy the advantages of fitness and athletics.
