It won’t let me in I click accept then it does nothing!

I have tried to play the game 3 time today and it’s saying that I need an “admin account” to enter the game

I just tried to play again a month later, I am still getting the same error when trying to enter

How am I supposed to play this game?

When playing in league game, cannot see all card stats on the bottom as display is slightly too large for iOS screen.
