FLIP IT is a house-flipping game about the gap between what something costs and what it is worth to the right buyer. There are twenty-four houses on the ladder, starting with a garden shed and ending somewhere that should not legally be called a house. Every one of them is a drawing you can see all the way into. BUY LOW Three places to shop, and they are three different places. The junk yard is free to walk into and full of broken things. The yard sale charges at the gate and the seller will haggle if you push. The department store costs real money to enter and has the good stuff, on a day that might be a sale or might not. FURNISH Drag what you bought into the rooms of a cutaway house. A rocking chair in the nursery is worth more than a rocking chair in the bathroom, and the buyer will tell you so. Fill every room and the whole house is worth more than the sum of it. SELL HIGH Roll the market, meet the buyer, watch the number count up. Clear the bar and you move up the ladder.
