I been using Filpacilp for many years to make small cartoon animations like similar to bfdi, it’s pretty decent the premium is 6 bucks, a little pricey tho.

The two bad thing is I get to many adds from Filpacilp and it’s only allows only 10 layers only

But it’s a decent app for people who would like to learn animations
