Excellent app for analyzing real estate deals! The interface is clean, calculations are fast and accurate, and it makes evaluating flips and rental properties much easier. It’s a valuable tool for both beginners and experienced real estate investors.

lol I’m the first review but I’ll just be honest with my feedback. 

This app is really easy to use I ran a few deals on it and the results are accurate based off what a friend in the business told me. I’m sort of just getting into real estate but I really enjoy using this app and looking forward in closing my first deal sometime soon.
