### 4/5 — A great app to study with!

*2015-02-24, version 1.6.1*

I've only tried out the test part once or twice, so I can't rate that part. However, I have to say that I'm enjoying being able to dismiss a card I've learned by tapping on the check mark, and being able to see how many cards are left in the deck. I've also enjoyed corresponding with the developer. Both times that I've sent him a question or a suggestion, he has been quick to respond. Watch for improvements!
This is an app I use almost every day!

### 4/5 — All around a pretty helpful app

*2014-02-05, version 1.6.1*

I'm a sophomore in high school and if I need to memorize something I used to make flash cards with index cards. But with this I don't have to I can just type it in (or with newer models of devices say it) it's really helpful. My only complaint that it's a pain to get the decks uploaded to my profile on my laptop

### 4/5 — Yes good app

*2013-09-15, version 1.6*

The only thing I would have a negative view on in it constantly is interrupting my study sessions to ask if I would like to review the app

### 5/5 — Must have!!!!!!!!!

*2013-06-24, version 1.6*

But there's one thing it does it mixes up your flash cards to some being from the back and some being from the front
Which is confusing because if the front of your flash card has a question like what color is a duck and the back says yellow but when it mixes it up it will just have yellow it shouldn't mix up flashcards from some facing the from and some the back BUT OVERALL THIS APP IS SO HELPFUL IT ASLO AS A TEST AT THE END! Which is amazing I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR ALL AGES!

### 4/5 — Great app

*2013-06-16, version 1.6*

Much easier than physical flash cards. Only complaint is that the text-to-speech isn't always correct on Japanese, and that's the main reason I bought the pro version. But overall, it's still an amazing app.

### 5/5 — AMAZING!

*2013-05-19, version 1.5*

I use this to help memorize states, capitals, countries, because I just love that kind of stuff and the pronunciation feature is awesome!

### 5/5 — pretty good

*2013-05-02, version 1.5*

Import from quizlet is a bit confusing initially but I figured it out. Thanks and please keep making it better

### 5/5 — Superb

*2013-02-21, version 1.4*

Flipcards Pro has a fluid and intuitive UI / UX, exactly what's needed to facilitate streamlined and easy iOS flashcard study, with a good amount of customization available.

(I wouldn't mind if the cards could also be focused, as needed, to take up the entire screen. Also more customization choices to make the interface space more visually minimal and appealing to my sensibility would be nice, but there is nothing at all wrong with how this App works.)

The Devs have certainly succeeded in creating a friendly and accomplished App that will appeal to anyone looking for a solid way to study. The ability to group sets, integrate images (rare) and download from other Flashcards services, like Quizlet, is also invaluable.

This is one of the best.

### 4/5 — Awesome

*2013-01-05, version 1.4*

Great app. I love the interface. All that is lacking is being able to test on more than one deck at the same time, that feature would be super useful for finals. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Great.

*2012-11-30, version 1.3*

Update:

Woooot. It now supports the iPhone 5/iPod touch 5th gen bigger screen. :D

Nice app.

As another reviewer mentioned, it's missing some key features that can make it the best flash card app.

And it still hasn't been updated for the larger screen.

Still the nicest looking flashcard app.

### 5/5 — this product is great but still need some improvements

*2012-10-27, version 1.2*

1, lacking automatic text-to-speech play option compare to "flashcards" app.
2, No reminders compare to the other app which I forgot name
3, No "don't know", "not sure", "know" evaluation in test section compare to "A+ pro" app
4, lacking multiple language support when setting "text-to-speech" for each side of flashcards.
5, lacking "copy" and "group cards copy" button when edit flashcards
6, not support 4 inch iphone 5 screen yet
7, lacking pictures input as marks for decks or group name when browsing
8, after having those Improvements, this will be the best memory enhancing app, and can sell 4.99 :)

### 5/5 — awesome!!!

*2012-10-17, version 1.2*

undoubtedly, every students especially for the language learners should get it.
it's cute pretty simple :)
Save the plant! ;)

### 5/5 — Learning lots

### 1/5 — App No Longer Works

*2023-09-23*

I have used this app for years and was happy, then it stopped working. I have contacted the developer and they have not responded. This app should be removed from the App Store and the developer should have all their other apps removed for abandoning their users.

### 1/5 — Not mini compatible

*2016-03-21, version 1.7*

This used to work for my iPad mini. This was the ONLY flash card app I used because I loved it so much. Yes, I realize it is an iPhone app, but it USED to work. What has changed and why??? 😭

### 1/5 — Poor interface

*2012-04-09, version 1.1.1*

Nothing intuitive about this - not at all user friendly - difficult to use effectively.

### 1/5 — App made in a hurry.

*2012-04-08, version 1.1.1*

Basic functionality missing. No way to get back to the home page when within a group.

### 2/5 — Suggestions

*2013-08-15, version 1.6*

- Filter/order through quizlet/flashcard exchange searches by "number of cards", if cards have images,
- be able to edit/delete cards during study/test mode
- bigger menu buttons (voice, front/back, check mark)
- bigger vertical card size
- change multiple cards (delete, reorder, etc)
- BUG: crashes when changing text to speech voice then speaking example card
- ability to view definitions in test mode when reviewing answers
- horizontal view when editing cards
- Flashcard Exchange searching doesn't work: only allows 1 word searches
- search bar everywhere (editing, practice, test modes)
- automatic scrolling for more search results
- no point in having Quizlet tab if you can't access the cards, do anything with it
- move the 3 buttons to bottom and bigger buttons for: check, front/back switch, speech
- test mode: make the bottom icons bigger
- be able to return and review previous tests after exiting test mode

Thanks!!!!

### 3/5 — Continue last session

*2015-07-14, version 1.6.1*

All in all a good App.
Continue last session does not work, and starts the session over.
It has been that way way for a few years now and still no fix.
Dissapointing.

### 3/5 — There's no shuffle

*2013-09-10, version 1.6*

I would give this app 5 stars if there was shuffle.

### 3/5 — A great app with unacceptable lack of iPad formatting

*2013-03-11, version 1.4*

Best flashcard app I've found but seriously... GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! It can't be that difficult to make an iPad app, you're halfway there already!

### 3/5 — Good so far.

*2012-04-12, version 1.1.1*

It's ok. Not good not bad. Mostly just wanted it to stop asking me to rate it.
